Welcome to Shinatz, your distinguished source for sleepwear, made with care in Portugal. By accessing and using our website at www.shinatz.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our website.
These Terms & Conditions inform you about who we are, how we provide products to you, how you and we may change or end the contract, what to do if there is an issue and other important information. Our Terms & Conditions is applied to all purchases made through our website and it governs the use of our services.
1. Company Information
Shinatz is the brand name of KOYA Sociedade Unipessoal LDA, located in Portugal, and registered under the tax number PT518277011.

2. Products
We offer an exclusively designed, and carefully in-house manufactured, selection of high-quality unisex sleepwear. All products listed on our website are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to discontinue or modify the product listings at any time.
While we aim to display our products as accurately as possible, slight variations in colors, design details, or sizes may occur due to the limitations of digital screens and other factors.
3. Ordering
To order from Shinatz, you can navigate through the shop page, open the product(s) page that you are interested to buy, select a size, choose the quantity, and click at the ‘add to cart’ button.
In the side cart, you can edit the quantity of the selections, check all the product(s) information and the total price. You can delete a product from the cart if you change your mind. When you are ready to place an order, click the ‘Checkout’ button to proceed to Checkout page, where you can choose your preferred shipping and payment methods.
By submitting an order, you accept full responsibility for having confirmed that the product(s), the color(s) and the size(s) are correct, and accept the general purchase condition subject to these Terms & Conditions and the processing of your personal data explained in the Privacy Policy.
Once your order has been placed, an Order Confirmation email will be sent to your account email, and the Order Confirmation email does not constitute an acceptance of your order. Acceptance of the order occurs when you have received an Order Completed email from us, and when a tracking number of the package is added to your order.
To track your order, you must login to your account and click the Orders tab. In the order’s information page, you can review your purchase details, the order’s status and the tracking information.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel your order for any reason, including incorrect billing information, out-of-stock items, delivery restrictions, technical problems, and other similar situations. In the event of your order being canceled, you will be informed of this concerning and any payment will be refunded or cancelled.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on our website are in EUR (Euros) and include VAT (Value Added Tax) applicable in the EU. Shipping fees are not included and will be calculated at checkout. Your order’s total price will be charged to the payment method of your selection.
At present, we accept the following payment methods:
– Credit/Debit Cards
– Apple Pay/Google Pay
– Multibanco
All transactions will be processed in EUR (Euros).
We do our best to update and ensure that all information on Shinatz website is correct, including prices, offers, descriptions. Therefore, in the event of an error in pricing or product description, we will correct as soon as the error is flagged.
If you have placed an order with the incorrect pricing or product description, we will notify you immediately and give you the option to confirm the order at the corrected information, or cancel it for a full refund.
5. Shipping
Our shipping schedule is from Monday to Friday, between 9 am to 6 pm, on Portugal local time, i.e., Lisbon time zone. Any orders made after 1 pm on Fridays, and throughout Saturdays and Sundays, will be dispatched on the Monday, or the next business day, of the following week.
Although we intend to deliver our best service, unexpected events may occur. In such cases, you have the right to cancel the order if the delivery time exceeds 30 days. Please note that other events, such as Portuguese national holidays, local Portuguese holidays, and holidays in the shipping destination can also lead to delays in deliveries.
You can refer to the following estimated delivery times by the shipping areas we cover. Please consider all referred times as business days.
– Portugal and Spain: Express 1-2 days/Standard 2-3 days
– EU countries Zone 1: Express 3-5 days/Standard 5-7 days
– EU countries Zone 2: Express 5-7 days/Standard 7-10 days
Shipping fees are calculated at Checkout page.
We offer free shipping for orders above 150 EUR.
In case of additional taxes and duties applicable by the destination regulation, you should be responsible for the payment upon receiving your package. These charges are beyond our control, and we are not liable for them. Should you choose not to pay the required fees, your order will be canceled and any transportation or customs fees incurred during the cancellation process will be deducted from your refund.
6. Returns and Refunds
Under EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing a reason.
To exercise your right to withdraw, you must send a notification email to [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order. You must include the order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
A refund is granted for any returned product(s) provided that all products are returned in the same condition they were in upon their receipt. The returned product(s) should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the product), and that all labels or tags should be intact. We do not refund the shipping fee of the original order.
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly processed by our side, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Please be aware that the products remain your responsibility until they are safely returned and received at our warehouse.
Once we receive and approve your return, we will process the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase, allowing up to 14 days for the issue of your refund.
7. Exchanges
You are welcome to exchange products only around the item’s attributes of sizes and colors. You cannot exchange products between categories.
When arranging exchanges, you must contact us in the email [email protected], and notify the details of the product(s) you wish to exchange and the new product(s) you wish to receive. Please also include your original order’s number.
Exchanges must be notified within 14 days of receiving your package.
If you decide to proceed with an exchange, please note you are responsible for the costs of postage. In order to confirm the exchange, the returned product(s) should not have been used or have any damage, and must be returned with all original tags and labels intact.
The new exchanged product(s) will be dispatched from our warehouse in the time frame of 7 days from the day of the exchange confirmation, and a new tracking number will be sent to the email provided. We will cover the shipping cost of the exchanged product(s).
8. Returns and Refunds for faulty items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your justified complaint.
You have the right to choose a full return and refund, or an exchange.
In such cases, all payments will be refunded if you choose to return and refund, or, if you choose to exchange, we will cover the return shipping cost and send the corrected product(s).
Once the returned faulty item(s) is received and processed, a full refund will be issued within 14 days to the original payment method.
For the exchange of the faulty item for a corrected product, once the faulty item(s) is received and processed, the corrected item will be dispatched within 7 days and a new tracking number will be provided.
9. Intellectual Property
All the material within www.shinatz.com website, including drawings, designs, illustrations, photographs, written texts, video clips, as well as the compilation of the website, products, and other materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of KOYA LDA and is protected by the laws of intellectual property protection. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, create works deriving from or based on, modify or sell any of the contained material, either totally or partially, by any means or process.
The Shinatz trademark, the logotype, and the rest of the icons and slogans related with Shinatz, whether registered or not, that are displayed on www.shinatz.com website, as well as the shinatz.com domain name, are and will remain the exclusive property of KOYA LDA. Any reproduction, distribution, transmittal, modification or use of these trademarks, without the prior written consent from KOYA LDA, is forbidden.
10. Governing Law
By these general conditions, any contract concluded between us and all disputes arising in connection with our contract, including its existence and validity, are governed by Portuguese law and the disputes must be brought before a competent court in Portugal.

11. Modifications to Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time, to reflect changes in our business model or relevant legislation and regulations. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website, so we, therefore, ask you to review these terms regularly to stay informed each time you are making a purchase from us. Notifications of such changes will not be given.
