1. What products do you sell?
We offer a carefully and exclusively designed selection of high-quality unisex sleepwear. Our collection is composed of short and long sleeves shirts, pants and shorts, all designed with our unique cotton slub fabric.
2. Where are your products made?
All of our sleepwear is proudly designed and manufactured in-house in Portugal. We are a small and skilled team, homemaking our products with meticulous care.
3. How do I make a purchase on shinatz.com?
To purchase an item from our shop, select a product, choose the size and quantity, and click ‘Add to cart’ button. In the side cart, you can edit your selections or click the ‘Checkout’ button.
You will be directed to the checkout page, where you can provide your delivery address and, if applicable, a different billing address. To finalize your order, select a shipping option, choose a payment method and securely complete the payment.
4. Can I purchase without creating an account?
You can navigate on the website and make your shopping list as a guest. Once you decided to purchase, an account is needed to process the order. You will have the opportunity to create an account during checkout.
5. Which payment methods are accepted?
At present, we accept the following payment methods:
– Credit/Debit Cards
– Apple Pay/Google Pay
– Multibanco
6. Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to Portugal and the European Union countries.
7. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping fees depend on your delivery address and the shipping method. During checkout, you will have the opportunity to choose between Standard or Express delivery.
We also offer free standard shipping for orders above 150€.
8. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
You can refer to the following estimated delivery times by the shipping areas we cover.
– Portugal and Spain: Express 1-2 days/Standard 2-3 days
– EU countries Zone 1: Express 3-5 days/Standard 5-7 days
– EU countries Zone 2: Express 5-7 days/Standard 7-10 days
Please note that during peak seasons and holidays, delivery times may be longer.
9. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, we will update your order with the tracking number and notify you in the account’s email.
10. How do I know my sleepwear size?
Our sleepwear has a relaxed and straight fit, and it should fit more loose to the body. The collection comes in a standard range of sizes to suit both men and women, we recommend selecting your usual size. Please refer to our Size Guide for detailed measurements.
11. How do I care for my sleepwear?
To maintain the comfort and longevity of your sleepwear, we recommend following the care instructions on the garment label.
In general, our cotton products can be machine washed in cold to warm water and low spin cycle. We recommend to line dry. If you choose to tumble dried, use a low temperature setting. Do not use bleach and avoid harsh detergents. Read more in Product Care.
12. What if I am not happy with my purchase?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you are not happy with your sleepwear, you have the right to return or request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the items are unused, undamaged, and with their original tags and labels intact. 13. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We aim to process orders as quickly as possible. If you need to make any changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as you can. We can assist you if the order has not yet been shipped. Unfortunately, once the order has been dispatched, we are unable to make any changes.
